Review of Modern FarmMy family and I recently enjoyed a two-night stay at Modern Farm, and we found it to be a commendable choice for travelers seeking a blend of comfort and practicality in a quaint setting. The guesthouse, located in a peaceful area, was impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The Perdehoef room provided all necessary amenities for a self-catering experience, including well-stocked cookware and kitchen utensils. It was equipped with a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a cozy sitting area, which was advantageous for both relaxation and work. We appreciated the availability of laundry facilities, an electric kettle, and the comfortable patio furniture for outdoor dining. While the overall experience was satisfying, our only wish was for a hotter shower, which may have been affected by local load shedding. We found the in-room breakfast to be slightly overpriced and not as warm as expected, yet it was convenient. In summary, Modern Farm presents a valuable option for those seeking a clean, quiet, and well-equipped stay.
